Columbia Tusculum is a neighborhood located five miles east of downtown Cincinnati. This area is considered Cincinnati’s first neighborhood and is home to the “painted ladies” - a distinct set of Victorian homes with multi-colored painted facades. With 1,304 residents, Columbia Tusculum is the 42nd largest neighborhood in the City.
