East Price Hill is a neighborhood located three miles west of downtown. The Price Hill Incline’s high point was located in this neighborhood until 1943 when service stopped. Now the area is home to the Incline District which holds a theater, Bloc Coffee, and the Incline Public House. Mt. Echo Park has wonderful views of downtown. With 15,340 residents, East Price Hill is the 4th largest neighborhood in the City.
