North Avondale is a neighborhood located five miles north of downtown Cincinnati. The neighborhood was incorporated as a village in 1864. It has an excellent Cincinnati Rec Center and many old and beautiful homes. With 3,229 residents, North Avondale is the 29th largest neighborhood in the City.
