North Fairmount is a neighborhood located five miles northwest of downtown Cincinnati. Originally part of an area known as simply Fairmount, this area was and still is heavily wooded with many old and wonderful homes. With 1,812 residents, North Fairmount is the 38th largest neighborhood in the City.
