East End is a neighborhood located just east of downtown Cincinnati running a total of six miles east along the Ohio River. East End is a river neighborhood with many old homes and beautiful views. It depends who you ask, but East End is home to Lunken Airport. With 1,518 residents, East End is the 39th largest neighborhood in the City.
