Get To Know Paddock Hills

Paddock Hills is a neighborhood located five miles north of downtown Cincinnati. Home to the historic Avon Fields Golf Course, the amazing Sugar n’ Spice Restaurant, and many beautiful homes, this neihgborhood is also known for its large pin oak trees. With 959 residents, Paddock Hills is the 44th largest neighborhood in the City.

 

A Natural Crown

High on the Hill

A green hill for the old farmlands that used to make up the neighborhood. The curved, wave-like shape evokes the winding Miami & Erie canal that used to run along Tennessee Avenue.

Orange, White and Yellow are warm colors taken from the old neighborhood sign.
